Scope and provider

These terms govern the use of Mein-Wachstum.ch (also ma-croissance.ch), operated by saldia AG, Buchmattstrasse 11, 3400 Burgdorf, Switzerland. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Service

My Growth is an information and documentation tool: it compares your children's measurements with the Swiss growth references (PEZZ 2025) and shows statistical classifications. The service is currently free of charge; its scope may evolve.

No medical advice, not a medical product

All displays (percentiles, trend notes, target heights) are statistical classifications for orientation – not a diagnosis, not medical advice and no substitute for a medical examination. Please always make decisions about your child's health together with your paediatric practice.

Your obligations

You confirm that you are of legal age and that you only enter or view children's data if you are entitled to do so (parental authority or an invitation from the family). Keep your credentials confidential and send invitations only to people the family truly wants to entrust with this data.

Availability and liability

We operate the service with care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, saldia AG excludes liability for slight negligence and for decisions made on the basis of the displayed classifications. Additionally back up important data via the CSV export.

Account and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that are misused (e.g. entering third-party data without authorisation).

Changes

We may amend these terms; the version published here applies. We will announce material changes in the app or by email.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of saldia AG.
